BizScan operates entirely on your device. All data, including:

• Business Card Data: All scanned business card information remains stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
• App Settings: Your preferences and settings are stored locally on your device.
• Exported Data: Any data exports are saved directly to your device.

Required Device Permissions

To provide its functionality, BizScan requires the following permissions:

• Camera Access: Required to scan business cards. We only access the camera when you actively use the scanning feature.
• Storage Access: Required to save scanned cards and exported data on your device.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: Used only for OCR text extraction. When you scan a business card, the image is processed directly through OpenAI's API for text extraction. We do not store or retain any data on OpenAI's servers after processing.
• RevenueCat: Used solely for handling in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat only processes purchase-related information necessary for subscription management.

Your Data Control

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data:

• All your data remains on your device
• You can delete your data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app
• You can export your data in common formats
• No data is transmitted to our servers

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
